They toured the facility, where the non-profit organization processes donations, offers services to the homeless and feeds about 350 people nightly in the family dining roo. The visit resulted in a “very generous show of financial support,” spokeswoman Aimee Dobson said, “to say nothing of potential future support.”
Rebecca Even, the birthday boy’s wife, said her family had visited the central Phoenix facility just two weeks earlier.” We were so amazed by the scope and magnitude of their work that we wanted to share the experience,” she said. “Our guests were all struck with the dignity and humanity with which clients are treated.
